A large diameter fan mounted between the house and attic in the ceiling somwhere centrally located in the house. It vents air from the house to the attic, pulling fresh air in from outside. Even if the outside air is not cooler than the inside air, the breeze is very refreshing. Cheaper than airconditioning.
Whole house fan for when you “almost” need the air on.
