Insulated Concrete Forms

These are hollow blocks of rigid insulation that stack on each other. You build the walls and/or foundation/basement with them, then throw concrete into the top. They fill with concrete and form a very strong, high R value wall.

Insulated concrete forms are only marginally better [than Structural Insulated Panel] but cost much, much more.
