I've always wanted to build my own home. I didn't plan on doing so this soon though – I figured we'd wait until our children were teenagers and we were a little more secure financially. But opportunity waits for no man – We've changed plans and purchased 10 acres of farmland out in the middle of nowhere. We'll sell the house we're currently in, find an inexpensive place to live while building, and take about a year to build our new home.
I'm currently employed with Rabbit Semiconductor as a Hardware Engineer. I also perform some small amount of consulting on the side with my business Micro Basics.
